Microhydro Power Plant (PLTMh) is a small-scale power plant (less than 200 kW). Bori Village, Maybrat Regency has a lack of electricity in the lives of local residents, there is already PTLD but there is always a problem of power outages for approximately 12 hours, so it becomes a problem in the daily activities of the local community, so the author has conducted research as an effort to provide a solution by looking at the potential of water energy from the existing river, namely the Bunat River in Bori village. In this study, field observation methods were used, which were carried out in four stages, including measuring the cross section of the river (at low tide and tide), measuring water level and/or water depth, measuring current speed, and discharge calculation. The results showed that the potential power in the Bunat River at low tide was 186,39kW and while at high tide it was 260,946kW.
